• 1. What is pet waste removal, and how does it work?
  We come to your home on a regular schedule to remove dog waste from your yard. We scoop, bag, bag again, and throw away the waste into your can.
   

• 2. How often do you clean my yard?
  We offer weekly, Bi-weekly, and one-time cleanups depending on your needs. Most customers prefer weekly service.
   

• 3. What if my yard hasn’t been cleaned in a while?
  No problem! We offer initial or "catch-up" cleanups for yards that need extra attention. Pricing depends on how long it’s been.
   

• 4. What if it’s raining or snowing?
  We work in light rain but may reschedule in heavy storms or snow. We’ll notify you of any weather-related delays.
  
   

💵 2. Pricing & Payment

• 5. How much does it cost?
  Pricing starts at around $12/service for weekly service with one dog. Additional dogs or more frequent service may add a small fee.
   

• 6. How do I pay?
  Payments are handled securely online through Sweep and Go, where you can also manage your service and view invoices.
   

• 7. Is there a contract?
  Nope! We believe in flexibility. Cancel anytime with 24 hours’ notice—no long-term commitments.
  
   

🐾 3. Pet & Yard Safety

• 8. Do I need to be home during service?
  Not at all! As long as we can access your yard, you don’t need to be there. We’ll leave your yard spotless and notify you once we’re done.
   

• 9. Do you take the waste with you?
  No, YardBuddy does not haul away waste. After scooping, we securely bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trash bin, keeping your yard clean and odor-free without any extra hassle.
   

• 10. Can my dog be outside during the service?
  For everyone’s safety, dogs should be kept indoors or secured during our visit—even if they’re usually friendly.

  We do our best to leave every yard looking great, but hey—mistakes can happen. If you notice something we missed, just shoot us a message within 24 hours. We’ll make sure to take care of it on your next visit. We don’t usually come back out the same day unless it’s something urgent, but we always want to make things right.
